Palm Beach Island Cats gives residents peace of mind

New residents in Palm Beach may not be aware that the town has had a long history of problems with free roaming cats that began with irresponsible people releasing un-neutered family pets. The island at one time was home to well over 1,000 of these cats. They were hungry, woke us at night during mating season and produced hundreds of kittens every year. …..
